Content data: Property images, listing descriptions, and text you upload for video generation.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and session cookies.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide our service: generating property marketing videos from your images and descriptions.

To process payments and manage your subscription.

To send transactional emails (login links, job notifications) via SendGrid.

To improve our platform and troubleshoot issues.

To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Contract performance: Processing necessary to provide you with our video generation service.

Account data: Retained while your account is active, then deleted within 90 days of account closure.

Generated videos: Stored for 12 months after creation, then automatically deleted.

Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax regulations.

Usage logs: Retained for 12 months for analytics and troubleshooting.
